Elisabeth Dunbar LLB (Hons)
Elisabeth Dunbar LLB (Hons)

After qualifying as a solicitor in 2002, Elisabeth initially assisted clients with welfare benefits, debt and housing. However she quickly decided to follow a career in criminal law. She has 15 years’ experience representing clients in a wide range of cases from road traffic to murder.
Elisabeth is a qualified duty solicitor and also Police Station Accredited.
Kate Matthews LLB (Hons)
Kate Matthews LLB (Hons)

Kate qualified as a solicitor in September 2005. She has an extensive background specialising in criminal law, having gained valuable experience working in courts around York and London. She joined Richard Haswell Solicitors in 2007 after moving to Newcastle. 
Kate is both duty and Police Station Accredited and has represented clients for a range of different offences.
Jack Lovell LLB (Hons)
Jack Lovell LLB (Hons)

After graduating from Northumbria University, Jack initially joined Richard Haswell Solicitors on work experience in June 2012. He volunteered for a number of months, became an asset to the team, and was offered a training contract in September 2012. He qualified in 2014 and has been representing clients as a duty solicitor at the local magistrates' courts and police stations ever since.

Sarah Jenkins 

Sarah joined Richard Haswell Solicitors in October 2014, after spending over 10 years working at a local legal firm. She is an advance paralegal and specialises in all Crown Court matters. She has spent years building a strong relationship with all of the Barrister' Chambers in the North East. 
Andrew Mitchell
Andrew Mitchell

Andrew is a police station consultant and has been representing clients in the local police stations since 2004. He is a familiar and friendly face for many of our clients when they find themselves being interviewed by the police. He has extensive knowledge of the law surrounding peoples' detention at the station and regularly advises clients who have been arrested and attended voluntarily.  
Paul Haswell LLB (Hons)
Paul Haswell LLB (Hons)

Paul qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and later completed his Duty Accreditation in 2012. He works predominantly in the local police stations and on occasion can be found at the magistrates' court. Paul provides clients with advice in relation to a wide range of offences and is highly respected in the police station setting.
