All criminal prosecutions that go to Court will begin in the Magistrates Court. The less serious cases stay in the Magistrates Court and the more serious cases tend to progress to the Crown Court.
We have vast knowledge and experience of representing individuals before the Magistrates Court. We can represent you from the very start of your case to the conclusion.
The Magistrates Court deals with a wide range of offences, such as road traffic, theft, criminal damage, public disorder, assaults and drug offences. Our solicitors are on hand to represent you at court for any offence.
